Guided Immersion: Pollinating Sweetness and Reciprocity

Led by Lauren Green of Dream’s Garden (OCGDLC) & Eva Giorgi in collaboration with Teatown.
Pollinating Sweetness & Reciprocity invites participants to explore: What sweetness is present with me in this season? What gifts am I being called to share and what am I open to receive? Where is reciprocity asking to be restored in my life? How do community, connection, and belonging help me thrive?
In nature, pollination is a relationship of mutual benefit. Bees gather nectar while simultaneously supporting the flourishing of entire ecosystems. Through countless acts of exchange, sweetness becomes abundance.
In the nervous system, this mirrors the ventral vagal state: the experience of safety, connection, co-regulation, and shared resources.
In this guided immersion, we explore the wisdom of bees, the medicine of honey, and the power of scent as pathways into regulation, reciprocity, and collective wellbeing. Through honey tasting & “medicine”-making, aromatic exploration, simmer pot creation, botanical room spray blending, sensory reflection, and community, participants will move through a carefully curated journey of connection, curiosity, sensory awareness, and integration.
Come gather sweetness and remember your place within the Garden.
