Tending the Tender: A Biomimetic Somatic Immersion (for adults)

Led by Lauren Green of Dream’s Garden (OCGDLC) in collaboration with Eva Giorgi of Teatown, Tending the Tender invites caregivers like you to explore:
What needs gentle separation in your life? What wants stronger roots? What rhythm feels sustainable in this season?
In nature, growth requires gentle disturbance. In this 2.5 hour guided immersion, we explore biomimicry — the practice of learning from nature’s strategies for resilience — as a pathway to nervous system regulation.
Through tea ritual, co-regulated breathwork, seed pricking, rhythmic walking, forest listening, and live crystal bowl sound immersion, participants will move through a carefully sequenced arc of stability, activation, rhythm, and integration.
Come tend what is tender.
