  • Volunteer with Teatown: Forest Research Project Plant Care

712 Kitchawan Rd, Ossining, NY 10562, USA 712 Kitchawan Rd, Ossining, New York

Teatown is conducting research on Beech Leaf Disease to determine the most effective ways to help native forest communities thrive in beech canopy gaps. In order to complete this project, we need the help of volunteers to transport and spread mulch to protect newly planted trees and shrubs. We will be hiking through the woods with the mulch and visiting multiple research plots.
