Make Your Own Bee Hotel

March 10 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Brendon Scholl is a Teens and Teatown member and Ossining HS student whose Capstone project was to research native pollinators. Brendon found out native bee populations are in decline and that building bee hotels is one way to help these pollinators.

As a conclusion to the project, Brendon will lead this program on making Bee Hotels out of re-purposed wood that participants will be able to bring home with them. A pamphlet containing information about how to help local bee populations indirectly will also be handed out. All materials will be provided.

For everyone.

Programs require pre-registration. Online registration available until noon the day before the event. If online registration is not available, call (914) 762-2912 x110 to register.
