When you host an event at Teatown, you get more than just an event space. You are supporting Teatown’s mission to inspire our community to lifelong environmental stewardship.
Please note: the Carriage House will not be renovated as part of the ongoing Campus Renovation, and is still available to rent. However, some equipment needed for Teatown’s programs may be present in the Carriage House and will impact available setups. Please contact events@teatown.org with any questions.

The Carriage House
Overlooking Teatown’s beautiful woodlands, the Carriage House is a secluded setting perfect for business meetings, weddings, private parties, organization and community events, corporate conferences, luncheons, and benefits.
The Carriage House is complete with a fieldstone fireplace, post-and-beam vaulted ceiling, skylight, and large picture window. The space has a capacity of 70 and includes full kitchen facilities, two ADA-accessible restrooms, air conditioning and heat, and complimentary WiFi. Teatown’s picturesque acres of trails and woodlands are available for your group to enjoy with the great lawn surrounding the Carriage House and the nearby Boat House overlooking Teatown’s 42-acre lake.
Birthday parties
Your party includes a 2-hour rental with a 45-to-60-minute program with a Teatown Educator and a special gift for the guest of honor.
Weddings
Teatown offers an authentic, rustic venue for your wedding, with affordable rates.
