Fishing will not be permitted at Teatown during the 2018 season.

There has been a significant problem in past years with fishing lines and lures getting snagged in trees or otherwise left behind, posing a threat to wildlife and human visitors.  Until we are in a position to effectively manage these impacts, we need to suspend fishing activity.

We apologize for the disappointment, and we appreciate your cooperation as we adapt our approach to best achieve our goal of environmental stewardship.
