Every $30 donated to Teatown for #GivingTuesday will provide a field trip for an under-resourced student.

Giving Tuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Over the past seven years, this idea has grown into a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.

For this year’s Giving Tuesday, we are raising money to provide scholarships that send under-resourced students on our Return of the Eagle field trip. Led by Teatown educators, students view bald eagles through spotting scopes in their natural habitat. Using artifacts and active simulations, students learn about an eagle’s anatomy and life cycle, discover the reasons behind its amazing conservation story, and understand how our actions ensure that eagles remain a healthy species.

By donating $30, $60, or the amount that is comfortable for you, you help to provide impactful educational experiences for under-resourced students.

Without your support, our work would not be possible. Thank you.
