Using live animals, mounts, furs, and bones, a Teatown educator brings local species to life while exploring key concepts such as biodiversity, habitat, population dynamics, and conservation through interactive demonstrations. This program takes place at the Greenburgh Public Library.

In this guided immersion led by Lauren Green of Dream’s Garden (OCGDLC) in collaboration with Caroline Erb of Teatown, Tending the Tenders: Gathering Gold invites those who spend so much of their lives tending to people, families, communities, work, land, dreams, and one another to pause at the threshold between summer and fall.
Learn skills essential for historical Lenape children. Create a craft with natural materials, tour our model Lenape dwellings, and enjoy a story-telling session. We will also play traditional games.
The Stewardship Crew meets monthly to contribute to care and restoration work across Teatown. Tasks include removing invasives, planting native species, and maintaining planted areas.
